Mike Towner

CEO, DigiTek, Co.

Mike Towner has a 30-year history of developing entrepreneurial endeavors from inception to commercial application. 

Mike has been responsible for all aspects of business development from initial startup, including formation, branding, state registration, regulatory filings, and operation through state and federal acceptance and approval, as well as coordinating launch and the marketing and overall development and operations, including overseeing scientific and technical compliance testing.

Mike has pioneered and participated in creating numerous multi-million dollar programs. He has been involved in the introduction, amendment or passage of more than fifty laws in six different states and has worked with intellectual property licensing throughout the United States, including with Yoko Ono Lennon, Philippe Cousteau and Bruce Brown Films. 

Mike has worked with numerous Departments of Transportation and Departments of Motor Vehicles in establishing new laws creating innovative programs regarding automobile registration and compliance. He has testified before various state Legislative Committees in support of innovative changes to vehicle registration systems, including presentations to the Governor and Florida Cabinet for the creation of digital license plates as far back as 2005.

Joseph R Dawson

Joseph Dawson has practiced law for over thirty-five years and is rated in the Top100 Trial Lawyers and AV peer rated for the highest level of professional excellence by Martindale-Hubbell. He has developed numerous commercial endeavors including night clubs and restaurants and founded a video marketing company to make it more accessible and affordable to business owners. He was responsible for registering and branding the company and continues to develop the company through unique content.

Joe’s digital marketing company, Universal Media and Marketing, Inc., has a diverse clientele and has provided successful marketing for professionals in the legal, medical, real estate and political arena, by creating content for use on television and social media outlets such as YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.  Joe’s background provides additional creative input for innovative marketing purposes.

He is personally involved in extensive marketing and management projects in four coastal states and has developed a unique online telehealth therapy service addressing the burgeoning mental health treatment market.  Ahead of its time in a pre-covid environment, the groundbreaking services offered patients, in a HIPPA protected platform the opportunity to seek mental health and dependency counseling, either in a group or individual setting, to obtain mental health and therapy via video conferencing.
